Covid-19 "At-Risk" Activity Participation Statement

In Keeping with the current COVID mandates and creating a safe environment for our kids , each Cub Scout and their family are required to keep face mask on at all times. They must complete the "At-Risk Participant Statement" and Youth/Adult Health Screening Questionnaire for any Outings.
