Step 4:

Get Class A Uniform and Handbook

(All Scouts)

NEW SCOUTS: Uniforms are important to Cub Scouts. The uniform is a method of delivering the Scouting program.  It shows that you are a member of a team.  Each grade has a specific uniform for their program. The cost of the uniform is approximately $100. You may order the uniform by clicking on the button below or you may go find the Boy Scout Shop near you for a fitting.

RETURNING SCOUTS: Because your Scout advances every year, from Lion to Tiger, Tiger to Wolf, Wolf to Bear, Bear to Webelo I, then Webelo I to Webelos II, to hopefully obtain the Arrow of Light (the highest ranking of Cub Scouts), you will need to update your Scouts' handbook, hat, neckerchief, slide and handbook every year (approx. $45). You may order these and  by clicking on the button below.

Step 5:

Get Involved

(All Scouts)

Cub Scouting is fun for the whole family.  Getting everyone involved makes the experience more meaningful for your Cub Scout.  There is a place for every parent, legal guardian, or other caring adults who want to help.  Often the challenge is not knowing how to help.  Find out some helpful steps in how you can volunteer.
